Refunds and Exchanges
- Defective merchandise will be replaced at no charge for up to 30 days of invoice date.
- Refunds for reason other than manufacturer defect are subject to Kelly’s Poco Loco approval and may require a 20% restocking fee.
- No refund will be accepted without prior authorization by Kelly’s Poco Loco.
- Please call (419) 221-1019 or email us at email@example.com immediately to request a return authorization.
- All packages must have RA number on the outside of the package and mailing address on the inside of the package.
- Any package returned without written authorization or past 30 days from receiving a return authorization number will be refused.
- All customized merchandise cannot be refunded or exchanged for any reason.
- Kelly’s Poco Loco reserves the right to refuse any and all items that have been improperly cared for or abused.
- No refunds or exchanges will be accepted past 30 days of the invoice date.
- All returns must be in new, unworn condition with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Swimwear must have the sanitary liner attached. Because swimwear is intimate apparel, health department regulations require that swimwear be tried on over underwear or it may not be returned.
- All sales are final on all technical suits regardless of brand!
- All sales are final on grab bag suits and jammers. No refunds, no exchanges!
- Kelly’s Poco Loco reserves the right to alter the return policy.
